Civilmart is looking to hire an experienced Production Operator who is career driven to join the team at our Edinburgh North site.
This is a permanent role for the right person, or you may choose to maintain a casual employment status with us. If you are keen to learn, have the right attitude, can work in a team, and have good attendance, which means working all rostered shifts, 5 days per week, we can provide you with long-term job security.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Operators are responsible for the manufacturing and quality of a range of precast concrete formwork products.
The successful applicant will undertake the following tasks -
- Setting up, pouring, facing, and stripping of moulds to manufacture a range of precast concrete products
- Use of hand and power tools - grinders, saws, drills, etc.
- Steel cutting
- Basic maintenance of equipment
- Safe use of all tools and equipment
- Other associated tasks within skills and abilities
- A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
About you
Candidates must be self-starters, have a high work ethic with the drive and motivation to work safely and to progress their career. Reliable and accountable with an emphasis on improving production and quality, plus the building of relationships at all levels in production. You must be willing to undertake a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
