What You’ll Do:

• Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate your team to meet production targets.
• Efficiency: Plan, monitor, and improve production processes.
• Quality: Ensure products meet high standards and compliance.
• Safety: Champion workplace safety and foster a culture of excellence.
• Innovation: Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or civil industries (precast preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Technical skills in equipment operation and maintenance.
