Position Overview:  

We're venturing into exciting new markets and seeking an energetic Customer Service Coordinator to bolster our presence in South Australia. This position entails providing sales support and administrative aid to our daily operations, crucially contributing to our quote-to-sale conversion process.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with work scheduled Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be actively interacting with customers, ensuring seamless internal administrative operations, all while being centrally located in Edinburgh North, SA.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
  • Prepare quotes and finalise sales orders
  • Capture new job opportunities and customer leads originating from web inquiries
  • Address customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Conduct in-person sales transactions when necessary
  • Coordinate with finance, production, technical, and logistics departments
  • Maintain daily updates on stock levels, quotations, and sales orders
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability
  • Arrange procurement of non-stock items
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules
