Position Overview:
Civilmart are seeking a Production Manager who displays strong leadership attributes, is an excellent communicator and is a solution-oriented decision maker to join our team in Queanbeyan (NSW). This position will be responsible for managing all production activities, costs, operations, and forecasts at our precast concrete manufacturing facility.
This is a fulltime position, and an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career or a Production Manager looking for a change in scenery!

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within a precast concrete or manufacturing environment.
