The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking two casuals Production Operators to join our Pakenham site.
- 2 x Morning Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:06 PM
In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of a hardworking team manufacturing high-quality precast concrete products that help build Australia’s essential infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Assist in the manufacturing and finishing of precast concrete products
- Read and follow production plans and work instructions
- Undertake basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Work safely in line with Civilmart’s policies and WHS standards
- Support general housekeeping and team tasks across the site
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or production
- A strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work in a physical, hands-on environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Forklift licence and/or concrete industry experience (advantageous)
