Job Description

Your New Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, profitability, and strategic direction of our Western Australian branches. You’ll oversee operations, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

  • Leading and managing branch operations to achieve financial and strategic goals.
  • Developing and implementing policies, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.
  • Driving business growth through market analysis, client engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and quality standards.
  • Mentoring and developing senior management and operational teams.
