Job Description

Your New Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive new business opportunities across key infrastructure sectors and make a real impact by building strong client relationships, expanding our market footprint and delivering tailored solutions which support sustainable revenue growth. 

You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across national target markets.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of civil, electrical, and infrastructure projects.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Representing IPA at industry events, site meetings, and client briefings.
  • Providing market insights, competitor analysis, and accurate sales forecasts.
