The Opportunity
We’re seeking a relationship-focused Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with our most valued clients. In this role, you’ll lead strategic account management, ensure contract delivery, and provide tailored solutions across the Telecommunications, Rail, Road, Electrical, Water, and Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Champion safety across all activities in line with Cubis Systems’ WHS standards
Identify new opportunities and drive account expansion
Lead pricing, forecasting, and product support discussions
Deliver technical presentations and secure product specifications
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
Analyse market insights to guide strategy
Report on account performance and pipeline activity
Travel to customer sites to maintain strong partnerships
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
5+ years in B2B account management or business development
Proven success managing key accounts, tenders, and complex negotiations
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data to support decision-making
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (plastics / roto / injection moulding ideal)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP (Epicor/Salesforce highly regarded)
