About the Role:
This role is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets, growing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will manage strategic accounts, drive new business, secure project specifications, and collaborate across operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers across VIC/SA.
- Achieve regional sales budgets and protect profit margins.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted partner for major accounts.
- Deliver technical and solution-based proposals to influence project specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational capability aligns with customer commitments.
About You:
- Proven track record in B2B solution sales, preferably in infrastructure, civil, or construction products.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to travel across VIC and SA regularly to support key customers and the sales team.
