About the Role:
As our National Estimator, you will manage the full tender lifecycle, from reviewing project specifications and drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, to developing competitive proposals. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, engineers, and operations to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed take-offs, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for Cubis plastics and concrete solutions.
• Manage national tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide commercial and technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics to validate estimates and delivery schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating processes, tools, and accuracy.
• Provide regular reporting on tender pipeline, win rates, and market insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimating for infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction, plastics, or concrete products.
• Ability to interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and competitiveness.
