Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator to support quality, safety and compliance across our manufacturing operations at our Shepparton Precast site. This hands-on role ensures products meet design specifications, standards and customer requirements from pre-production through to dispatch.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting pre‑production, reinforcement, pre‑pour and post‑pour inspections
Verifying documentation, drawings, ITPs and checklists prior to manufacture
Completing testing, measurements and as‑built records in line with standards
Identifying, reporting and managing non‑conformances and remedial works
Monitoring concrete mix designs, materials and curing requirements
Supporting internal and external audits, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensuring correct product labelling, release approvals and dispatch controls
Promoting a strong safety culture, reporting incidents and driving continuous improvement
Assisting with quality training and system performance reviews

Experience in manufacturing or similar, with broad exposure to HSEQ
Strong understanding of quality, safety and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess issues and implement solutions
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines
Diploma in Quality or related field (auditing qualifications desirable or willingness to obtain)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; HSEQ systems experience advantageous
Current unrestricted driver’s licence, willingness to travel, and valid Australian working rights
Willing to undertake a preemployment Medical Clearance, Drug and Alcohol test and National Criminal Record Check
