Job Description

Position Overview

Based in Homebush, Civilmart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract, with potential to become permanent.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and corporate events that drive brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a hands-on role coordinating trade shows, campaigns, and marketing collateral while ensuring consistency across all channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys a mix of event coordination, campaign execution, and creative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and corporate events
  • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, and external partners
  • Coordinate event branding, collateral, registrations, and attendee engagement activities
  • Manage attendee communications including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinate production and distribution of promotional materials and merchandise
  • Assist with campaign scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications
  • Support social media and promotional activities aligned to campaigns and events
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across events and marketing materials
  • Assist in the coordination and development of marketing collateral and branded materials
  • Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports and insights
  • Maintain marketing databases, event calendars, and general team administration.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, or exhibitions
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns in a B2B or corporate environment
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong execution focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
