The Opportunity

As State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team across NSW.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Translating strategy into action
  • Winning new business and deepening key partnerships
  • Building a culture of performance, accountability and collaboration

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of the NSW Sales Strategy
  • Set clear, measurable KPIs and performance expectations
  • Coach and empower a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Identify and convert new market opportunities
  • Build long-term customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Provide commercial leadership across pricing, contracts and negotiations
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and branch leaders
  • Represent Civilmart across industry events and key forums
